Kleiterp to leave FMO at end of second term

FMO has announced that Nanno Kleiterp, the Dutch development bank’s Chief Executive Officer will step down from his position in October, following the expiration of his second 4-year term leading the institution. FMO’s Supervisory Board is starting the process of searching for his successor.

Kleiterp’s career at FMO has spanned 29 years, where he started as an Investment officer in 1987, joining the Management board some 6 years later, and includes terms serving as the bank’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Investment Officer before becoming CEO in 2008.
