Reviewing AGOA’s utilization rates by Africa’s countries

As Washington gears up to consider the renewal of the African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA) which expires at the end of September this year, a piece examining the limitations of assessing individual countries utilization of the benefits of the Act as the continent’s regions become more and more integrated.
