Africa Integras signs $64mln deal with University of Ghana

Africa Integras, the private capital investor in education infrastructure assets, has signed a $64 million Public-Private Partnership deal to build four new academic buildings for the University of Ghana.  The agreement is structured as a 25-year Build, Operate and Transfer transaction, the first of its kind for a public university in Africa. Construction is expected to begin in September and be completed in by September 2017.
